A nossa história
Our story
Two friends, one starter called Dona Rosa, and a former tile shop on a steep Lisbon street.
Bread worth waiting for
Marta baked in Copenhagen for eight years. Rui ran a coffee cart in Cais do Sodré. In 2021 they took over an old azulejo shop, kept the tiles on the walls, and built a wood-lined oven where the counter used to be.
Every loaf is shaped by hand the night before and baked from 5am. When it's gone, it's gone, which is why our regulars order ahead.
